Drs. Cade, Gubler, Fawson and Cordoba are currently accepting appointments. Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are putting in extra efforts to ensure patient safety. Please be aware of the following before your visit:
- Patients are asked to continue to follow CDC guidelines to reduce the spread of the virus. These include: Frequent hand washing and disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces, at least 6 feet of physical distancing when possible, staying home when you are sick, and covering your nose and mouth to prevent spreading droplets.
- Please stay home, contact your primary care doctor and isolate for 2 weeks if you have had contact with a person who has tested COVID positive, have a fever, cough, loss of smell, or shortness of breath. We can reschedule your appointment for a later time.
- Please bring and wear your own face mask when visiting our office to help protect our staff and other patients.
- Please call to check in for your appointment and wait in the courtyard or in your car. Our staff will call you when ready.
- Please note that we may be screening you for fever before your appointment.
- Please limit the number of people in the exam room to just yourself, or yourself and one other person if absolutely necessary.
- Thorough disinfecting of our exam rooms may increase wait times, we appreciate your patience.
- Telemedicine may be available for your visit. Please enquire about this option with one of our office staff.
